* Fully fund Mississippi's public schools and protect teach pay.

Expand Healthcare Access in Rural Mississippi

*Support Medicaid expansion to cover 200,000 plus Mississippian and keep rural hospitals open.
*Support growth of urgent care facilities & telemedicine hubs for District 22's rural population.
*Back funding for mental health services and addiction treatment.

Protect Voting Rights & Democracy

*Oppose voter suppression laws via policy over politics agenda.
*Make early voting and mail in voting more accessible.
*Create nonpartisan redistricting reforms to ensure fair representation.

Criminal Justice Reform & Safer Communities

*Support community policing, deescalation training, and restorative justice programs.
*End the school-to-prison pipeline and invest in youth mentorship and prevention programs.

Economic Development That Works for Working People

*Promote District 22's location, land, and workforce potential to bring warehousing, logistics, agri-tech, and light maufacturing to the region.
*Secure state and federal rural development grants in partnership with state, county and municipal levels to upgrade infrastructure needed to support business growth.
*Partner with chambers of commerce to host annual Rural Business Investment Summits.

Build Wealth With Homeownership & Small Business

*Expand access to first time home buyers' assistance and protect heirs' property in Black rural communities.
*Support state funding for microloans and small business incubators.
*Launch a rural entrepreneur accelerator in District 22 through partnerships with local schools and nonprofits.

Environmental Stewardship & Infrastructure

*Invest in clean water, flood prevention, and safe drinking systems for rural areas.
*Support the development of solar, water and other green energy opportunities in Mississippi's energy sector.
*Fund road, bridge and public transit repairs that connect District 22 to statewide opportunities currently being missed.

Dignity for All Mississippians

*Support the rights of all citizens, veterns, legal immigrants and people with disabilities.
